There are a couple of things to do first, have the sides of the seat shaved and then shave some foam from the top, you can easily take an inch from the top of the seat foam.

You can get a couple of inches by shaving the sides of the seat and trimming some foam from the top.

I hope you realise that Kilos are a measurement of weight? At 60000 Kilos you would have a flat bike :-)
