    Howdy, Race Fans

No, Randy had it right. Ben has admitted that he's had a problem at the start and getting on the pace right from the start. Yes, the bike last year was bit down from the factory machines but he managed pretty well in the second half of the races. This year, if he can get better starts and get up...

My dog attacked by 2 neighbor dogs

Sorry to hear Don. Thats always my fear when out with our Lab. We've been "approached" by unrestrained dogs and you never know if things will escalate. Love dogs, Hate irresponsible dog owners! Our girl was blindside attacked at 1 yr old and it forever changed her disposition around other...

    'Stich, Phantom, Other onezy wearers...

I've got the Fieldsheer Highlander II and I just route it through the velcro opening that allows you access to your pants pocket. Any "onesy" that doesn't have this type of access would surprise me. The velcro closes around the cable tightly and doesn't impact the waterproofness.

    Chuckwalla Valley Motorcycle Association

Never used TrackXperience but have used many others at most of the CA tracks. CVR is a great track. Went there last summer for a track day after they first opened. It sure is out in the middle of nowhere though. Can't see going there too often but would like to go again for sure.

Do you have a tire changer?

Same set up I have. Its been great! Once you get the hang of it, I can mount and balance a set in under an hour (wheels alredady removed of course).

Avila Beach for Lunch North meets South

Yep....+1 on a good time. Glad I decided to meet up at 154/Foxen Cyn as that was fun.....Just glad the bicycles took Zaca Canyone instead of staying on Foxen Cyn. Nice to meet some of you. Look forward to the next one! Randy

    Avila Beach 2010

Great to meet some of you. Of course, its your typical forum type gathering....meet some, talk to them, don't necessarily get to talk and meet everyone. I guess that means I'll have to attend some upcoming events. :clapping: I felt guilty only having a 15 minute ride home in the rain, but...

Avila Beach for Lunch North meets South

I've been watching this thread as I was going to be out of town, but wasn't 100%. Looks like plans have changed and I'll be in town, so count me in. Will probably just meet everyone in Avila, but might head out Tepesquet in hopes of running into you...not literllay of course :P

    No Mar changer

I've got the Jr. Pro. Works great once you get the hang of it. Definetely watch their videos if you go this route. The Cycle Hill came out after I bought mine, or I probably would have gone that route just based on price. One thing the Cycle Hill version has that I like is the support bracket...

sonora and tioga pass in calif

With the winter we're currently experiencing I would expect a later than normal opening. Snow pack in the Sierra's this year is above normal and will take longer to melt off.

Woot!!!! Scala Rider G4 getting real close now.

Yeah, I've been watching and reviewing for the last couple years, as I know I'll be upgrading from the old AutoCom set-up. FRS/GMRS is the one aspect that isn't being dealt with on most of these systems, except for https://www.webbikeworld.com/motorcycle-int...tooth-intercom/ This system...

For those who talk about cancelling thier AMA membership because of DMG should read this

I just finished reading Part 3 and told myself I should be spreading the word about the interview. So, I logged on intending to post the same thing, and there it was. Good Job. :yahoo:

6th Annual West Coast “Because We Can” Ride-To-Eat

Well, I now have to remove myself from the list. We had an unexpected family event with my father in laws wife who passed away, so I'm now attending a funeral on Wed. down in Newbury Park. We werent' that close to her, but in support of my wifes Dad, we need to be there. Have fun everyone...

    Kawasaki PUNTS DMG-controlled Road Racing

I don't disagree that there are people not going to the races because of DMG, but, that wasn't the issue being discussed. What was being discussed was teams, not spectators, falling out of the mix. To say that DMG is the primary reason for Kawasaki and others leaving isn't 100% accurate...

6th Annual West Coast “Because We Can” Ride-To-Eat

Well, considering its only 15 minutes from the house, and at this point looks like I have the day off, I guess I can venture down and enjoy some Far Western faire. PM Sent.

    Starcom1 Digital and wireless Headset

I've been an Autocom guy for the last 5 years, but right now, as mentioned already, they're US availability, support, etc. is questionable. I would much prefer to be wireless, but that technology just hasn't got there yet................until maybe now. This looks pretty good, and close to...
