I have the PIAA's. I cant compare the two, but I can tell you this; I was completely blown off my corbin when I first turned on those little, eye ball sized lights! They are VERY bright. Worth every nickle.
I would imagine the Hella's would be just as effective.
Im six ft and I start to cramp up about after an hour. I also found standing up on the pegs for 30 seconds to a minute can be quite the cure the stiffness. To prepare for a long ride, I drink about a gallon of water the day before, eat really healthy and I also pop three advil just before I set off.
Hmmmm....when I ordered mine, I was unaware they could modify it. From the looks of things, Ill probobly have to get it recovered here in the next few years, when I do, Ill ask em to put some stuffing in it.
I have a corbin saddle. Ive got roughly 15k miles of seat time on it. It fits me real nice and is way more comfy than the stock seat. One drawback though, the corbin is much like a horse saddle. There is very little padding. I find myself standing up on the pegs after about an hour or so.
Yep, thats whats in the crankcase of my bike now. My local yamahdog dealer rarely has the correct oil on the shelf, so I travel across town to the Honda dealer for the oil.
