I have an E55 and love it and I don't think its too big. The 1 thing that I can recommend is to NOT get the back pad. My wife complained about how it would push her forward. So I took it off and she likes it much better. If you find that you want to get the back pad PM me and we can talk terms.

I have no problems with the audio because I never listen to it even when it is in my car. The do make Nuvi's with bluetooth, but I'm not sure if you can stream audio to a headset.
