Not completely the same, but I went from a 94 CBR1k to the FJR. I had it with the beast, while I could sit in that saddle all day long, it had aged features. I got rid of it in 07 for an 07 FJR. Better brakes FI - got so fed up with dealing/cleaning the carbs shaft drive integrated bags...

That may be, but I didn't go looking for that fine a tip. I keep applying a little solder on the tip and use a wet rag to keep the tip plated.
