Hi all, Does anyone know if the trunk attachment points are the same between generations? In other words, can I transfer a trunk kit from Gen II to Gen I? Gen II to Gen III works fine. The part numbers are different at Yamaha, but are they really different or just maybe beefed up a bit? Thanks.

IMO any customization should look as if it belonged there in the first place. Yours does it perfectly. Great job!

Big manufacturers can't really pin down all of those factors, so I wouldn't expect somebody as small as these newcomers to be able to do it. Hope I'm wrong.
