I did all that, it still failed. I know of two others with the same problem. A better rant, test your abs each time your ride because the abs warning light, can't be trusted.

As an update, I bleed the brakes, changed the brake fluid to no avail. I was hoping may be the rear abs would loosen up and fix it itself, it hasn't. I finally took the bike to the dealer, and they diagnosed the 'abs modulator unit' as failing, $1200 part, ouch. Not sure what I will do now.

Yes, I just ran out to get some supplies to build an abs test coupler and it locked right up on nice, dry pavement. Good news is it tracks perfectly straight on a lock up.

I would agree if it were the front brake :) I appreciate your point in all seriousness. So why doesn't the abs light indicate there is a fault in the system? This seems like an epic failure in the design and engineering of abs system. Am I missing something here?
