    Garage Door Opener Switch

Jim, I just did the same thing. I bought a momentary pushbutton switch at Radio Shack (RS part # 275-644) and I placed it on the right side. I used double sided tape and a zip tie to secure the opener underneath the dash panel and actually placed the button on the inside wall of the dash panel...

Question For The Barenders Lock Users

I have Barenders, but I don't know the answer to your question. And I really don't want to jab a pen in my lock just to find out. As stated above, it is not all barrel type locks.

I Can Put A Number On The Heat

Alright everyone, I do not want to start a heat debate with this thread, I am simply pointing out that I can give temps for those interested. I bought one of those infrared thermometer deals. I figured I had at least a few uses for it so what the heck. Well, after a long ride on Sunday I was...

Is This The FJR Cap That Yamaha's Sending?

I just wrote my letter. I have been patiently waiting for my hat and so far ..... nuthin. I tried to figure out the details, perhaps I didn't meet the criteria. But after seeing that some people were not even part of the PDP program, just walked in to the dealerships and bought...... I...

That is exactly how I do it. The Battery Tender plugs into the Powerlet plug in the dash panel. Works perfect.

    Bike Johnny Sliders

A Unibit is absolutely the best way to drill your fairing. I would try your local Costco or Harbour Frieght. I have seen non name brand Unibits sold at both places in a 3 pack for $29 or less. Regardless, I would use the Unibit even if I had to pay the $45.

    Driving Choices

Unfortunately it is an Intrepid. In 2002, in order to try and save $$, the agency bought Intrepid's. They soon realized it was a mistake and did not buy anymore of them. Not saying it isn't a good car, it just isn't a good police car. The police package is very quick and handles well for a front...

    Driving Choices

meosborn ...... I'll bet your wrong on that one. Unless you were being sarcastic (don't know you well enough to guess), you are treading in an area you know nothing about. I hate to burst your urban legend method of thinking, but I have no quota and no free toaster, I write as few tickets as I...

Ez Board Has Censored Me. It Appears.

I wouldn't think you are banned, but the post did get deleted. I posted there as well and even got accused of "spreading poison" with my opinions. Someone did post a quasi link to this forum in a manner of F J R F O R U M . C O M so I am guessing that is why it was deleted.

    Love My Scorpio Alarm!

Hey AZ, which model Scorpio do you have? The SR-i500 does have a battery indicator and a low battery warning. We are talking about the battery in the remote and not the bike battery right?

    &$#@^ Paypal !@!@#%(

Wow ..... more horror stories about Paypal. Being a long time Ebay user, I have had my share of Paypal incidents. I have filed a few buyer complaints and have had a few filed on me as well. In every single instance, Paypal has sided in my favor. The process is slow, normally 30 days, and during...

    Magnum Blasters Without Relay

BD.... you have convinced yourself that it is not necessary. So if you are confident in your decisions, then run with it. You asked for opinions and when you got them, you want to debate it. If you are so certain that you are right, just install them your way. No one cares how you install your...
