I have decided to skip Memphis this time. Too many great roads to ride, to little time. Maybe when I'm in the area on 4-wheels I'll check it out.

This isn't news to us seasoned riders, but I was surprised to see it in our local paper. They suspect tar snakes as the culprit in a local LEO's death, of course being the tough guy HD rider he was, he also opted not to wear a brain bucket. sneaky snakes

I'll warm the roads up for ya. I'll be there earlier in the week, and will be starting to head north sometime on the 8th.

I have heard that Memphis has some good eats, but the twisty bits of AR look to have some tasty "dive" type places, and It probably won't cost me as much. :dribble: Another issue with Memphis is that I see them featured on the TV shows Cops, and The First 48 quite regularly. :gun...

Thanks for sharing. I was on a family trip there the week before the 4th. You just about need a dual sport near the top of Trail Ridge road. Back ups weren't too bad though.

I don't get why some people feel the need to push their beliefs on other people, and wear them as a badge,(in the form of bumper stickers). Now, If it's honk if your horny sticker, that's a different story :)

Just checked my door. It has windows, but getting a wire up through the top looks like it would be tedious. I also, always lock the door to the house.
