Had the dealer change mine at around 9k. The mechanic told me the Yamaha recommendation of 8k is a bit silly, and said that 12-15 would be more realistic.

Thanks for the refresher. My first sticking point was getting the routes to my puter. Click the routes, and you get a bunch of gibberish, but right click, and save to puter works. Garmin is loaded up, and ready for a Thursday evening departure. :yahoo:

Do not use a torque wrench, I'm a member of the above mentioned "some". Not cheap to replace the pan, and was told the heli-coil wouldn't work cuz the hole was too messed up. The stealer probably just wanted to bend me over for the extra $$$$ though.
