The FZ1 or the FZ6 are better handlers around twisties. Let's not compare apples and oranges. FJR has the comfort factor. Sport is of course part of it's equation. I just bought a FJR. If you are a young pup wanting only thrills, go for the FZ1 and other comparos. Oh, I forgot to mention ...

I just had a test ride on FJRandy's bike 03/04?! Awesome! - this is it. :clapping: I also saw a 06A that Randy put new horns on. Sat on it on high seat and it was still good! Reach to handlebar was good too. I am going to check w/ the local dealer if he still hasn't sold the 06A I negotiated...

At 16, worked as apprentice on CAT earth moving engines. MCs: Worked on 250cc two strokes and some on 550cc four. Servicing cars - brakes, etc. Most stuff in my garage is for work on house - designed expansion front & back! I wish I had a bigger garage to tool around ... BTech Chem Engg MS...
