Personally, I wouldn't trust my life to this (and most modulars, for that matter). The chinbar latching mechanisms just dont have the gusto to hold up in a crash. Most manufacturers try to fool us by making "metal" latches. Usually, the metal latches are weak, small, and / or attached to feeble...
