While D & H is a great dealer and may very well have sold more FJR's than anyone else, I have to wonder just how many miles they have logged on an FJR, as compared to the membership of this board.

From an engineering point of view, is there a "preferred" engine design? I have noticed the proliferation of he V-twin engine in so many motorcycles that are sold in the U.S. Is there an engineering reason for this? Or is this just what the market requests? Are there mechanical benefits to...

I am wondering if this could perhaps be manufacturing variance in the rear end. Since the bike is shaft drive, a regular motorcycle alignment cannot be done. If there is any variance in the variance of the rear wheel thrust angle, correction will have to be made with the front fork.

Alternatively, you can save the file as a .gpx file to the desktop or other place. Then, drag and drop on the SD card, either in or out of the Garmin. If out, install the SD, turn on the Garmin and wait a minute. The prompt will come directly.

Actually, the future staff was a consideration. Perhaps there are others that would like to serve in some capacity? I just think it a bit presumptuous to exclude the possibility. I may be off base here, but thought I'd throw it out there. If I am a lone voice on this, I'll shut up now.
