Why this country is in the state it's in!

Having now worked in a public facing customer service position for the last 18 months, I can state that this is, unfortunately, closer to the norm than not.

05 Engine and parts for sale

I have a wrecked 05 that has very little left on it. It's basically a complete engine still in the frame. NO - Forks, wheels, rear suspension, final drive, windshield motor, abs motor, radiator. Let's just say there's more missing than what's here. There's some plastic - right side actually...

    Hollow Caliper Bolts

Simple, really. Under extreme braking conditions (most peeps on this forum, moi included will never experience this) the brakes (rotors, calipers) can become incredibly hot - and that heat not only affects the functioning of the calipers, but if you consider that the calipers mount to the...

    Hollow Caliper Bolts

The bolts are hollow for heat dissipation. Over time the bolts will stretch - and will break. Cheaper than new fork lowers. Buy new bolts.

    Pie Places

Holy Crap !!! My mother attended Oark High School - and her family shopped at the Oark General Store when she was growing up. Isn't the old post office across the street? I was back there visiting after the 2008 Spank - but was in a cage with my Aunt and Uncle. They currently live in...

    Car Question

I would also suspect the 3 to 1 adapter - it might be shorting internally which would pop any size fuse you install.

Questions after doing rear tire/brake, lube splines, shifter pivot, etc.

All good advice, even some tips from the collective that will make my life a bit easier. Thanks, Everyone !! I've had a slide pin stuck in the caliper result being fully stripped threads. Had to replace the entire rear caliper (and the pin) to fix it. The anti-seize is a damn good idea in...

    Broken crankcase cover, insides ok?

That would be the stator cover, if I'm looking at the pics correctly. It's obviously leaking- but if you had damaged the rotor inside, you would know it by now. I would suggest a new stator cover - you'll have to remove the existing stator, install into the new cover, and replace. Don't...
