I have a wrecked 05 that has very little left on it.
It's basically a complete engine still in the frame.
NO - Forks, wheels, rear suspension, final drive, windshield motor, abs motor, radiator. Let's just say there's more missing than what's here. There's some plastic - right side actually looks ok, just a few scratches. Left side looks like it was used to harvest potatoes.
The frame is cracked - something about the laws of physics and the *** end of a Ford.
I have the complete tank. (with pump!)
The engine is complete. 90,000 smooth, gentle, trouble free miles. (Until the Ford incident) :blink: Belongs to a LD rider/rally master. Engine ran fine after contact, rider actually drove the bike to a payphone after the impact. Haven't started it since. It's been sitting for a while - it last ran on August 10, 2007. I'd guess no one wants the engine, but everything but the stator cover is looking good, and I'd be willing to pull stuff from and out of the engine and ship it to you.
Let me know if you want anything from it. Throttle bodies w/injectors, headers, starter motor, the engine itself, airbox, cams, etc. Send me a PM if you're interested in any part, and I'll take a look at it and see if it's still there.
Prices? Well, they're gonna be real low. Before I haul this thing to the boneyard, I thought I'd see if it can benefit anyone on the forum.
