    Full system exhaust

I think 2WheelTiger brings up a good point. With the complete Holeshot system, including the new DB Killers installed, the sound is not obnoxiously loud (IMHO). Of course you can easily remove the DB Killers to make it louder, if you want. You can also use stock cans with the Holeshot header for...

    MSF Instructors

Congrats on your decision, gregorytx. I hope you find teaching to be as fun and rewarding as I and many others have found it to be. This is my fourth year teaching. There are actually quite a few instuctors here on the forum. Besides SPORT and myself, there's myzen, cougar8000, Jon, CHRIS D...

    Full system exhaust

I think you may be splitting hairs here. I think anyone who can be objective would tell you they both share a single common con: price. Both systems are very pricey. Neither are OVER-priced as the quality of both systems are exceptional and (with these two systems, at least) you get what you pay...

President just spoke of Jordan Haerter

Looks like about a 31 minute speech on CSPAN. If you have limited time to watch, fast forward to around 27:25. VERY nice story about Jordan. edit: I saw a different video clip. exskibum's link below is better...

    Triple clamp from Heli

Penny, I think you'd be hard pressed to find anyone who is using the Heli triple clamp who doesn't think it's worth it's price. Keep in mind, without replacing cables, wires and brake lines, you're limited to how far you can bring those bars back. Bringing them back an inch really does make a...

I'm looking to buy FZ1 mirrors using PayPal

Yep...they sure do. Patriot- I'm not sure what kind of Paypal account I have, but I have the ability to have Paypal provide a unique, single-use credit card number that I can use for purchases. The amount I spend is then taken out of my Paypal account. I think it's called the Paypal Plug-In...

    Question for the Ladies

Would that make me a dumb guy!? Tyler, are you presupposing the guys around here would not potentially have useful and/or valuable ideas too? I know it can't be that you think none of us guys would be interested in helping out a sister on the forum.

Gen I FJR1300 Shop manual usability

Valid question, Nightshift. Think about this: if by having the manual, you can do just one single thing yourself that you'd otherwise have to have a dealer do, hasn't it paid for itself? This is really a no-brainer. If you do any of your own wrenching, you should have a GENUINE Yamaha shop manual.

    Question for the Ladies

Hmmm. Just curious, why only ladies? (I'm going to leave now because I feel like the guy who accidently(?) wandered into the ladies locker room)

    Goodbye Dad

I'm very sorry for your loss, Tom. I lost my dad last September so I know what it's like to lose a parent. Single digits here in Chicago so I can't ride, but I can and will say a prayer for you and all whom your dad leaves behind.

    International Bike Show in Chicago

Last year, it appeared that MOST people were going on Saturday. I set up a get together in the afternoon at Shoeless Joes and it turned out to be just myself and Jon. Victor, thanks for the discount info. Mark, I'm suprised you haven't been to the show. I think you'll enjoy it.

    Question about Cee Bailey windshield

I also have a CB +4+2 light gray w/ a flip and although I'm only 5'11", I do sit on a phone book and the CB works MUCH better than any stock shield. I think the gray tint is the real key to it's effectiveness.
