WANTED: FJR riders who like GUNS!

The real question is why an Arcadia Meter Maid needs an AR.

    Ride without windscreen?

It won't die for the same reason that most banal threads won't die. It's DECEMBER!........and most of us, especially those in the MidWest and NorthEast, are bored shitless.

    NewYearsDay 2016 Ride/drive/meet

Wouldn't miss it. Perhaps afterward we can all head up to the Auburn Wine Country like last year. Good times.

    Ride without windscreen?

Seriously? 37 minutes to tell us that riding without a windscreen is more turbulent than riding with one. $1K to drop your bike while making a U-turn? And you posted the whole thing on YouTube? Damn we live in interesting times.

Motorcycle Camping - Where to Start? Try Here!

Time to chime in. Two thoughts: from experience of course. 1. When sleeping on the ground. Thermarest or Ensulate, etc. dig a small HIPHOLE. IOW figure out where your hip is going to be before you erect that tent. Dig a small indentation in the ground for your hip to reside and test it once or...

    What are the chances?

The odds are 50-50. It was either going to happen. Or it wasn't. Math can be very simple sometimes.

rogdeb - Another Lost Soul - Bit by a Spyder

A Spyder rode past us the other day in Sacramento. Kind of like taking a photo with a tablet.....No way to look cool while doing either activity. Still, I get it. Congrats you two. I promise I'll only laugh to myself. Mark

    NAFO 2016 Official Thread

Durango and Taos sound great. Pagosa might be too small to accomodate. You would know better than I. Mid July sounds about perfect. What about Golden or the greater Denver area. Might be easier for East Coasters to get to. Thanks for taking this on. Mark

Clutch Lever - Might be a dumb question.

Simple physics. You are not pushing as much fluid trough the lines when it is closer to you, therefore the clutch plates don't move as far.

Will alot of rain ruin your bike?

Of course there's always this. https://www.sanchem.com/electrical-contact-lubricant.html Specifically for electrical conductivity and anti corrosion. We use it at work for industrial batteries. Common name is "NO-OX" as in no oxidation. Just another option.

    I may be crazy

To each his own, but if I can't lean it over, give me a 2015 Mustang GT convertible. Wind in my hair, plenty of available scenery, and AC when the sun gets out of control. JSNS

Iggy, let me be one of the first to "like" your post. Not because I like it, but because I have no other way to express myself. Heal up fast my FJR brother

    Idiots in Chitown

If only I lived in a country where this was legal. I'm not saying it's smart, just that there shouldn't be any laws against it. BTW, those aren't Kali plates.
