    How many riders ride 2-up?

I'd say I carry a passenger about 80% to 90% of the time. Have to keep the wife happy.

    Starter Issues

I had the same problem with my 2004 FJR. Long story short.....I had someone take the starter apart and clean it up, have someone check it out (mine was good) and put in a new battery, Get one that has the most Cold Cranking Amps you can get. That is what fixed my 04. Hope this helps.

    2014 Buzzy Bars

Heavier bar end weights are one way to help with bar vibes if the slider fix does not work. I had them on my 2004 and it helped.

    New ES is finally home

Got in a short ride today on the new ES. Sweet ride. Nice difference between Tour Mode and Sport Mode. Still playing with the rest of the "goodies". Now I just need some warmer temps to get in some longer rides. [/url]">https://

    starter bench test

I had mine taken to a rebuilder last year after it was cleaned up. They checked it out and I was good to go. My hot start problem on my 04 was more battery then starter. YMMV Tom

    New ES is finally home

The dealer finally put my 2014 ES together and it is now in my garage. If all goes well the weather might be good on Sunday so I can go for a little ride and check it out. And I will post a photo when I get it out in the sun. Life is GOOD! Tom

Finally got the 2014 ES out for a ride in MN....

Nice photos Tanker. Still waiting for my dealer to put my ES together (snowmobiles are taking up too much of his time right now). Nice to know of the differences from a GEN I (I had an 04 FJR). Can't wait to try mine out. Where did you get those reflector on the back of you saddlebags?

Congrats guys. I have my VIN for my ES as well (173). It is in it's crate at the dealership. Just waiting for snow to go and dealer to put it together. And of course it's snowing today. At least the crate is inside. Tom
