    Man Overboard

I bought one a while back and can't come to just glueing it on. I feel like I should use additional fasteners of some sort. 62,000 miles with it on thats impressive. If I ship you my fender well you glue it for me. Then I will want to rivet it or bolt on for added security.

Great pics really enjoyed looking at them. I remember you telling me that morning you were heading that way.

    Adjustable Side Vents

I never really understood the heat issue. I think it was overrated. Just an angle for Yamaha marketing to pursue when making changes on the FJR. In the winter when heated grips are a comfort, if the bike throws some heat in other areas is not that a plus!!

    SW-FOG 09

Taos sounds great. Count me in. Are you talking the same time of the year. And how about some more two up riders. Or I am going to have to find a R1 or something for Holly to ride.

    gen 1 vs gen 2

Gen 1's are lighter. How much I forget. Anyone know? I always thought that Heat issue was B.S. And I live in one of the hottest spots in the world. Maybe I'm numb! Gen 1 bikes have a secret button under the turn signal switch, when pushed will give it 50 more horse power at the rear wheel. Gen...

    Rotella T 5w-40 Synthetic

I fully agree to what Big D and the information from Shell he provided. When I first say the concerns about the changes to Rotella T I showed it to my Dad. He used to work for Shell and Laughed. I use Shell Rotella T in my Diesal Service Vehicle with over one hundred thousand on it. It gets...

    Twist The Throttle

Yah I saw the Twist the Throttle on Yamaha. I was also waiting to see the FJR on the program. Sport bike market share is much larger than Sport Touring Market Share. Time is money especially in this shity economy. If I was Yamaha I would have done the same thing. But were are the dirt bike...

    Twist The Throttle

My Senior year of High School and first year of College I commuted on a 1977 RD400. It was red and black. Hot summer nights drag racing my RD400 that was the 70's. That brings back memories. Had twin expansion chambers and did bitchen wheelies.
