It is combination of Stem Mount + Touratech mount. I used that setup for more than 5 years on FJR with Z660. I started with Touratech mount gen1 (this is now on my wife's bike) and the one on the image is Touratech mount gen2. I like gen2 more - better design and more robust. I am really happy...

I have just one. But tree in my garage (no space for the car anymore because of 6 bicycles in addition) red Xj6 diversion is my wife's bike and Varadero is bike of my son.

After some issue with Garmin Z600 I managed replacement to BMW Nav5 navigator. Fits to Z660 mount (I have also Touratech mount). First impression is perfect. It is raining today here but I plan to ride so will do "real test". Nav5 has a lot of new features - mainly when linked with Smartphone...

Hm. I am surprised that Yama do not do their job during assy. I can expect such problems after 5 years and no maintenance but for brand new bike? Will have a look to my during tyre change (this week) ...

Hi, After nice curvy ride I recognize that Bolt on my right Footrest is completely gone and Footrest is damaged: I do not like too much design of Gen3 Footrest. On my previous 07 FJR it was solid and more robust and also Bolt was bigger. Does anyone know if Gen2 Footrest will fit to Gen3 bike?

I installed today Gary's kit on my Gen III. All works well and frame fits perfectly. Good job Gary!

I have been this Friday on bike show and Yamaha volks confirmed that OEM 50 l box will not be available this year. They have problem with homologation - case is too big, make turbulences and cause frame crash (first time I have heard that from Yamaha!). So I will go for after-market solution...

Can you post picture of the bike with VN47 NN please?

I replaced on my 13' bulbs by Philips Xtreme Vision. Procedure is exactly the same as on genII. Not two much space there for your hands but posible to manage without dissasembling anything except rubber cover. Bulbs are H4 - same as on genII.

Modification of cover done today.

Have been there two times on FJR - really great ride.
