    Pillion Knee Pain Question

Do I understand you correctly that these peg extenders would drag before the driver's pegs would? I am not sure that would be a good thing, since Andrew likes the twisties and leaning... I could just imagine the first time one of my pegs were to drag...!

    Pillion Knee Pain Question

I do agree that moving my legs around while on the bike BEFORE I start feeling the pain would probably be the smart thing to do. And, really, I do know when not to do these things - I'm a fairly good passenger, Andrew says so. :) Thanks for the input! Hey, that sounds like a good plan to...

    Pillion Knee Pain Question

Now, Rad, I would hardly consider my question "bitchin". And I don't know any of the IBA backseaters. :P Perhaps one them will reply and we will see what they REALLY feel. Frankly, I don't think I'm IBA material... too whimpy and I would definitely fall asleep on the back OF THE MOTORCYCLE...

    Pillion Knee Pain Question

 Yikes! Since I don't post often, it hadn't crossed my mind that my wording could leave the door open for humorous remarks... I am certain others might not have the self control you did! At this point, if we don't get the pain issues worked out, there will be no saddlesore from me!

    Pillion Knee Pain Question

Hello - if this topic has been posted before, I couldn't find it by searching... Andrew (OrangevaleFJR) and I rode down to Ojai last weekend and got our new Bill Mayer Saddle. That went great! However, due to time constrictions, we had to ride all the way home yesterday afternoon (468 miles). I...

    It's been a BAD day

Well, since I was so slow to respond, I guess it is too late to quip with: Well, if you show us one picture of the damaged goods, you should go ahead and include shots of both damaged bags. So, instead, I will just say, "good!" on the paint and on the holiday! :)

    Open Passes

The great thing about having a lot of storage space on memory sticks for the camera is that we get a lot of pictures. The hard part is uploading them all to our storage site on the web. I need to find someone to write me a script so that we can upload all the hundreds of shots we take at one...

And they say soccer is boring

I started a hockey thread because it is my favorite sport to watch. Soccer is my favorite sport to play. I even played in Portugal for 2 years. I think they need to add an additional ref and fine divers and jersey grabbers like the NHL does...they review tapes and send out fines to anyone they...

What color of FJR is slowest?

Speaking from experience as the pillion of OrangevaleFJR - YES - having the backrest and/or topcase definitely adds a feeling of security than if they weren't there. Especially when he's lane splitting and has to take off really fast when the light changes and "accidentally" brings the front...
