(IMO) you shouldn't be riding that motorcycle. Start with a small dirt bike - find some off road trails. My fear is I'm going to meet you in my lane some day.

I'd form a piece of 1/8" stainless plate to put it back in place and rivet them together. Use cardboard for a pattern.
