I got these, $34 with a standard clutch and shorty brake. Silver w/blue "adjusticators". Comfy and cost effective. I would prefer to buy US if there were comparable and not 5 or 6 times the price. Ah well.....

Well, not really to the bike but the plastic panel mount for the radio face broke due to my poor engineering and over tightening of attachment screws. Plastic junk. Anyhoo, superglued the plastic and then cut a piece of tin to reinforce the mount on four sides attaching it with JB Weld...

FYI, I've a locator( (Real Time GPS Tracker) for my Android phone that works well and it was free. I'm sure Apple has a similar app. The concerned individual can find you in a snap though I reckon cell coverage is required. Haven't looked at the Spot yet to compare.

I've been using an old Nuvi 265W(w/bluetooth). I don't generally ride in heavy rain but have the baggies handy just in case.... And yes, will tidy up the wiring today!

Finally a goal! I've forced retirement Nov 30, 2017 so better to start working on my options now!

It's easy to get complacent. Thanks for the reminder and glad things didn't go really bad.

I treat motorcycling much like skydiving. It's all about risk management. Speed, traffic, etc, etc. For the most part, these guys were riding on the edge. The idea mentioned above is paramount to me, treat cages like you are invisible. Yikes!

So..... new set of P2's and it's totally resolved. Dead solid on decel at all speeds. Much thanks for all the input.

Pulled the wheels yesterday to put on a set of PR2's this afternoon. Will check/lube the drive spline and pumpkin fluids. Planning a wash n wax this afternoon as well for some beautiful riding weather. Happy Thanksgiving to all! :D
