What are they using for tires and brakes over there?

Given what appears to be a complete lack of traction, mix in some stupid cagers, stir with a lot of vodka, and voila, Russia.

That's just unbelievable.

Cagers that don't know how to drive, motorcyclists that don't know how to ride...

Never seen anything so ridiculous in my life.

Fook.

That's a lot of carnage.

I agree with the poster above...too many people not knowing what the hell they're doing...and people dying or getting maimed because of it.

It looks like the rules of the road are "drive/ride as fast as you can on any available piece of roadway". YIKES! There was some incredibly poor riding though!

A few classic left-turn-in-front-of bike deals, but 99% of the bike carnage in that was the rider's fault. Running down the centerline or shoulder at speed for the most part.

Remind me not to take my bike there.....

Quite sobering 4 mins 4 secs. The sad part, we've been able to witness a few passing, not cewl!!! Lets hope we won't have a first row seat EVER by doing what we love, riding a bike.

Note to self: Don't ride a motorcycle in russia. Drive a tank.....with vodka.

A good reminder that:

1) Cagers can't see you, even if they happen to be paying attention to what they're doing - which they're not

2) You should ride like no one can see you

3) Don't be an *****, you moron

Carnage aplenty. Something I learned from watching - I had read that most serious non-death injuries are the lower extremities - legs, knees, ankles. Watching this tends to confirm that...

Fascinating, but very disturbing at the same time. I'm sure most of those crashes were fatalities?

I wonder who compiled the video, no info on YouTube. Most of the comments are in Eastern European (Russian, I guess?), the ones in English want to know who was on the soundtrack!!

It's a scary world we live in.

Al.

Edit: #Enn (OP) I know you live on the north coast, but you must ride in Russia, is it that bad?

I don't like watching real people die. Not a sport to me...but somehow I watched for atleast a minute before I shut the video off.

Probably a good lesson/wake up call to young people (or old people) that bad stuff does happen if you don't watch out.

Bad stuff does happen.....you live in illinois. That would suck moist *** cheese.

I treat motorcycling much like skydiving. It's all about risk management. Speed, traffic, etc, etc. For the most part, these guys were riding on the edge. The idea mentioned above is paramount to me, treat cages like you are invisible. Yikes!
