You can use either the Givi rack or the plate-only mounting option. I got a rack after discovering that my rear subframe was cracked due to carrying a top case with a mounting plate only.

Not sure if you mean the iTunes store, but check this out. Or perhaps this is what you're asking about? If iTunes is running on my Windows machine and I connect my old Creative Zen player, iTunes does not see the player. I do not know a way to make iTunes find my Zen when connected.
