I appreciate the work you put into it for sure. Just keeping it looking that way is a big commitment and that is why most here dont go for shiny, hell alot of us don't even wash our bikes but once or twice a year if that. My bike is ridden across the continent on a yearly basis keeping it clean...

The 82 650cc I had did. I remember the gasket around the fuel valve on mine started leaking once. If it was only leaking while running I would suspect a carb issue

Have you tried running a synthetic oil? seems you have tried everything else, might be worth a try.

I dump it out. Rinse it and the tube out with peroxide. Rinse that out and throw it in the freezer. Never a problem.

If your riding off road in rocky terrain it's not difficult to dent one. Or so i've heard :whistle:
