    Campsite suggestions

If you have an I phone allstays has a cool app that shows your location and available camp sites around you. Includes NF camps Corp of Engineers camps, as well as national and state parks also private campgrounds. I have found it does not have all the camps in it's data base but it has a bunch...

    Colorado, Wyoming, Utah

Nice ride. I was just in the area around Yellowstone at the same time of your ride, lots of road construction in Wyoming right now seems they are chip sealing the entire state. 191 along the gorge is a great ride lots of fun on a bike.

4" HID Auxilliary lights - Group Buy ~ShangLight Express -Order Placed~

I have about 11,000 miles on mine now with fair amount of National Forest dirt roads, bad pavement and construction zones to test everything. Both the lights and brackets have done very well and are still going strong. :specool:

    Fuel line extension......................

Make that the left side of the bike (original post corrected) you'll figure it out. I don't understand where the "extra work" comes from with removing the tank, you don't have to do anything extra that you wouldn't have to do if you were propping it up. maybe it's different on a gen 1. As always...

Cute gal on 07 in Yellowstone

Im pretty sure I would have remembered that. I got a friendly wave from a smiling face but sadly that was all. I will however be keeping an eye out for the official Canadian moto greeting, thanks Mary Ellen for getting that started. There was an Iron Horse Rodeo in Red Lodge where I saw a couple...

    Fuel line extension......................

Actually you can set the tank on a pair of saw horses positioned on the left side of the bike. The fuel line will swivel at the fitting going into the fual rail and the fuel pump wires are long enough to allow this. just need a suitable stand for the tank. makes doing a TBS a piece of cake.

Changing the CCT (Cam Chain Tensioner)

I was able to replace the CCT without removing the right cover but I did have the top cover off and I did keep as much tension on the chain as I could using a wire tie at the TOP of the motor before removing the old CCT I was able "with a good deal of difficulty" to snake a wire tie around the...

    Irish Hills, MI

Hey UP thanks for the ride down memory lane. I grew up in the Irish hills area, used to go to dances at the ski lodge behind the towers in the pic. Crawled home a few times from Kellys on the Hill Tavern which would have been right behind you when you took the pic of the towers. Lot of really...

Hey All Home safe now ahead of the tornados thanks to a 1150 mile day yesterday (wish I would have documented it) and thanks to a new Michelin that I got from Escape Motorsports in Provo, UT.
