Thanks for asking that question donaldb. It would be nice it the manual gave a step by step on ABS bleeding for peeps like me (hard of understanding). Maybe it does, because I don't read to well either. :blink: I just want to know how to get all of the old stuff out and new stuff in to all...

Does something need testing after bleeding? Also too. I don't own any brake bleeding gadget (yet), but I want to do the reverse bleed, where the fluid is pushed up through the system. Is there any reason not to use this technique on an ABS system?

I didn't have the time to read this whole thread, but this one is a key point. This provides the time necessary to smoothly transfer the weight to the front wheel. Takes a fraction of a second longer, buts adds hugely to control. You don't want to surprise that front tire.

I'll volunteer to be the winner.

What kind of gear, if any, were you wearing over vest? I'm trying to stay away from wearing mesh gear, especially on spirited rides. I haven't tried the vest with my Aerostich gear, so no clue whether it helps or not. I'm teetering on wimping out (MotoGP got to me too). :dribble:
