I need to replace the fork oil in my forks fitted with the AK20 kit. The only reference I can find for the oil level height Traxxion recommends is 160mm from the top (spring, cartridge, etc. removed). Just wanted to confirm this oil level with any one running the AK20 kit.

You're not pushing the rest of the tire far enough into the middle of the rim. I suggest you rewatch some of the youtube vids paying close attention to that particular aspect. When I first started changing my own tires I had similar issues, so speaking from experience...
