https://www.alleghanyinn.com/ If Sparta NC is an option, the Alleghany Inn is a good venue. They host a MSTA event I attend every year and several larger motorcycle events. I can check with them about potential costs, etc if there is interest. The going rate is $67/night.

I had some oil leaking from the rebound adjuster on one fork. I sprayed some WD -40 on the rebound adjuster shaft while turning the rebound adjuster and the leaking stopped.
