For me, the saddle was the biggest thing. The best are Russell, Bill Mayer, and Rick Mayer. The Russell owners seem happiest. I love my Rick Mayer and also loved the Bill Mayer I had on an earlier bike. An advantage of a Rick Mayer seat is that he has seat pans in stock so you don't have to go...

Final results of the 2011 MD 20-20 aren't up yet, but I wanted to give an early shout out to a couple of fjr riders. Our Own Matt Disher rode to 4th. Excellent finish! Also, one of the boni included "races" which were actually skill tests, and you all would have been proud of the way Mike...

So, after a few hours of spirited riding with friends yesterday, the bike won't start. It sounds like a dying battery -- the slow turning of the starter, not fast enough to get it started. I come back after a few hours of playing, ready to bump start it to get it home, and it fires right up...

It sure looks like a techmount stem nut. Not sure what that thing on the end of the arm is supposed to mate with. Depending on what you're trying to mount, you probably need to replace that with an appropriate piece. Check out https://www.techmounts.com for what they've got.

Pretty good advice. It sounds like more than a love tap. As far quitting riding, that, of course, is a purely personal choice that has to be based on a lot of factors. I just want to point out that we've all lost friends and/or loved ones to auto accidents. I don't know anyone who has decided...
