Great sorrow here in England, on Wednesday 14th my bike and I were due to fly to Toronto, however I've recently been diagnosed with Oesophageal Cancer so everything has had to be cancelled. So yet again I will following the rally through this great forum.

I'll be there feeling very out of place driving a rental car but hope to pick up lots of advice about the IBR.

I know of at least one ex FJR owner who will be there. And he blames it all on FJRForum for introducing him to LD riding. Therapy is an option. I will be in the US between mid June and late August.

My thoughts are with Seth and Donna. I first met Don in Spain on a tour organised by Teerex and when I visited the USA Don was always kind enough to offer me a place to stay and the use of one of his bikes. I will miss this kind, gentle giant but I will always have the memories. RIP Don. Dave
