    Any rumor on the 2016...?

If I were in charge of making $ at Yamaha this is how the Gen IV would shape up. Take a Super Tenere ES. Swap the wheels to 17" alloy front and rear. Add a larger fairing. Retune and shorten the suspension. New rear sub frame that accepts the current FJR/FJ09 bags. Slight retune of engine...

    Any rumor on the 2016...?

They did come out with a "street" version of the R1. The YZF-R1S available in Feb. https://www.yamahamotorsports.com/sport/models/yzf-r1s

    Any rumor on the 2016...?

On their less expensive FZ's they almost always offer a choice of 2 colors. I bought a $6000 Kawasaki last year and had a choice of 3 colors. Their C14 had 2 color choices.

    Any rumor on the 2016...?

I noticed no 2016 FZ-1 model either. I'm guessing there won't be one. Too close to the FZ-09 I guess.

    Longer hoses for ABS

Don't know whose bike it was, but someone at the Reuben Run last weekend had extensions on their hydraulic lines. don't know the particulars though. Don't even remember for sure if it was an FJR. Looked easier than replacing entire line though.

    Reuben Run 4

RR was a great event. Enjoyed meeting new friends and old acquaintances. And when I say old don't take it personally. Made it home yesterday afternoon around 4. The ride up was cold and wet and the ride home was hot and dry. Didn't take many pics but here are a few. Finally made it to Oregon...

Google Streetview avatar on the ET Hwy

Pretty much describes every route I have taken across Nevada. Best thing about Nevada is it ain't Kansas. At least there's a little scenery.

Sounds like nice cool riding weather. My favorite. If anyone else is heading up from the southeast, I will be at the Town House Motel in Winnemucca Wednesday night and heading to La Pine Thursday morning.

Excuse previous post. My cell phone doesn't want to play nice with this forum for some reason. Question I wanted to ask was, don't they have booze in Oregon?

Are you @%*&#$* serious?!?!?!?!? (Dropped screw into nose....)

If you had a KLR you would already know where all the local fastener suppliers are. Instead of dropping nuts and bolts in the garage they tend to do it on the road.
