Yup, they sure do but it's less expensive in Cali than Oregon...and waaaay less in both than Washington.

The closest liquor in Kali would be about a four hour round trip. Might as well buy local and save the ride time for fun roads. Hwy 97 south is boring as hell and we need the money in Lapine.

OR has some funky ideas on Liquor. The good stuff (anything NOT beer or wine), has to be purchased from a state run liquor store, and they are pretty proud of "their:" product. Last time my OR buddies visited, they went north with 13.5 liters of Cali's finest. Funny, I didn't hear any bitching about having to pay state sales tax.

It is with great sadness that I pass along the news that SPU, will not be able to attend this years RR. He is determined to attend RR V, on two wheels next year.
