    Audiovox Cruise Control

The install is fairly straight forward for anyone with some mechanical ability / aptitude. The trick is where to locate the servo. I place mine under the fuel tank as far forward as possible. Removing the IAS will give you a lot more room and the junk isn't needed anyway. The hardest part...

Jeff, Can you post here for the world to see? If not, please PM me the map! Thanks in advance.

    MotoFizz Camping Seat Bags

The small shoulder strap is for one of the side attachements that you can seperate from the bag and take with you, like a man purse.............!

    MotoFizz Camping Seat Bags

Muzzy full system with single carbon fiber can. Saves about 20 lbs, sounds schweeeeeet, no cat - so bike is noticably cooler. Some folks have complained of the mid-pipe touching the ground with aggressive right lean, but I've not experienced that. Either I ride like a puss...........or, my GP...

Best Rear Seat pack for long trip

No shifting or moving about. I wrapped the front (2) straps thru the rear peg mounts and the (2) rear straps looped thru the rack. Holds perfectly, even in spirited riding...! Bag is mounted on rear seat and my smaller yellow bag is on the rack, so I would imagine that the top case would fit...

Best Rear Seat pack for long trip

Large MotoFizz, no back case. This is the most versatile moto bag I've ever bought. Very nice backrest also!

    Installing Tapered Roller Bearings

I torqued mine at 25 lbs, preloaded to 35 lbs, then backed out and final at 25 lbs. Concencus seems to be that tapered bearings need more, or can handle more, torque than rollers. I'll finally get to ride today, so I'll report back. The bearing contact surface area between rollers and tapered...

    Bleeding ABS

The deluge has finally stopped here in Memphis, so I'll button up everything and take her for a test ride. I was just concerned that some lines, at the ABS block, may not have fluid, but that wouldn't make sense. Did the clutch too.......! As an aside, brake fluid looked good, but clutch...

    Bleeding ABS

Total fluid was 1.2, not each circuit. I purged all the old fluid prior to removing the lines to keep the mess to a minimum. Afther the install, it took a total of 1.2 qt of fluid to get fluid to come out of the (4) bleeder screws - (3) in front calipers and (1) in rear. Now what............?

    Bleeding ABS

I just wrapped up my line swapped as you did and pulled fluid using a Mity-Vac, compressed air operated vacuum pump. Pulled about 1.2 quart of new fluid, starting with the front calipers then rear. Everything feels good but I haven't test ridden yet. Is it safe to assume that there's fluid in...

    Installing Tapered Roller Bearings

Timken part # 32006X 92KA1 and bought them from Applied Industrial Technologies - www.appliedindustrial.com. I didn't go with the All Balls since they are Chinese sourced....just a weird personal thing.

    Full Galfer Install

There's a full SS line kit available for Gen II ABS bikes as well but it wasn't offered as a choice on the Galfer GB for whatever reason. I signed-up for the GB and once the vendor contacted me, I inquired about getting a discount onthe full SS line kit and he gladly obliged with a nice...

    Full Galfer Install

About $1,100 and my bike is on '06. Todd @ California Superbike can hook you up. While the install is a royal PITA, all pieces look to be of very high quality. Now, let's see how they perform!

    Full Galfer Install

I got the whole kitt & kaboodle, full stainless lines, rotors, pads, clutch line. What a fuckling pain in the ass it was to install. I managed to chew a few bolts, even after heating the hell out of them. Anyway, It's done now. Here's a few pics and some questions below. 1- What's...

    WTF are these for?

Looks like you'll get to practice teraing apart your brake lines. The "flying saucers" go on the inside of the female ends of the line. On my instructions, it was the last line.....almost as a PS. I'm buttoning up my install on my lines now (got the complete kit for ABS bike) and it took me...
