    Another PCIII Love Story

I have a 2005 FJR and I too was skeptical about the benefits. But believe me, if you install it with the stock map that comes loaded you will never look back. You do not need a tuner to install and setup, the map that comes pre loaded will make your bike absolutely marvel you. You can't believe...

    Performance

Been riding mine for 2 years bone stock and was very happy with it. But after 2 years I felt like it was time to try something so I went with the PCIII. I am running the stock map that comes with the unit and so far I love every thing about it. Great upgrade! But you don't need it that's for...

    How to hard wire XM/Ipod

Thanks for all the replies fellows. I am looking into all of the posted ear phones. Mark, I'm using some Phillips ear phones that have different rubber tips that you can use. They were a little pricey but still don't isolate the outside noise as well as regual ear plugs. I did notice that some...

    How to hard wire XM/Ipod

Thanks for the reply Mark. My problem is that even with a full face helmet I have to turn the volume wide open and then don't hear any bass. Once I stop or slow below 35 mph the sound level is deafening. I want a set that offers enough outside noise isolation that I can hear the music full...

    Power Commander

Hey guys, I have been a member for a long time but just generally read what is being said and don't feel the need to respond. Now however, I am looking to add a power commander to my 05 FJR. It's funny really, I have ridden this bike since November of 04 and only added bar risers and a taller...

    FI Cleaner ?

No concerns with plugging the convertor, it burns so hot and there is so little oil. Plus 2 stroke oil is made to burn in the combustion process. I understand the octane warning as well. But the dirt bikes require 93 octane at a minimum, so the FJR is cool there. I'm not advocating anyone else...

    FI Cleaner ?

I know you guys may call me crazy but I run a few gallons of 2 stroke fuel through mine every now and then. I do this for two reasons. First my son and I ride cross country on motocross bikes. They require fresh fuel or they will ping a bit. So, if we don't ride for a couple of weeks I pour the...
