    The first AE recall???

    My dealer say he won't order the parts, until I bring my bike in for a test. I asked wasn't the test to be performed after the brackets were install? And then if they failed, the actuator was suppose to be replaced? He said he'd call me back... no respone yet :angry2:

    jimbemotumbo, Thanks :D I'll start with +5 and go from there. After I've got her set for the local area; I'll have to take her up to Cloudcroft +9000' then Sierra Blanca which is 11500' and see what effect it will have. Good thing it's easy to adjust after the mod. B)

    I'm prepping to do the mod on my 06 this weekend as well. Anyone have an opinion on the +7 CO2 adjust for someone who lives at high elevation 4444'; most of my driving is done at or above this elevation. With fuel injection I did think it would matter much, but I don't want to foul my plugs...

    Anyone know what type of bike he rides and the particulars of the crash? The above links were vague since the network is obviously milking the info for the show. He has one of the more entertaining show on Food network it's nice to know that he's a biker too. B)

    When did you get your 06 AE bike?

    Just got the call from my dealer saying the bike was in. But they won't let me pick it up until Sat Jun 17th. I asked "no one will be driving it right?" He said they will be test driving it but no one (customers) else will. Hurry up and wait, Bummer :-(
