    FJR Seat- Got to go!

    Ok. Today was a bad day to ride. Wind blowing around 30mph with gust up to 50. Anyways the Russell is still keeping my bones forming being sore. Heading to Shiner, Texas this weekend. We'll see how that goes.

    UPDATE: Monday 2-11-13 Here is how it goes down. Put the stock seat on and ride into town and to Lowe's. Picked up a few small items and headed home. Backside getting a little sore.     I have 2 Brothers on my and i love it. My other bikes were always stock. This one is quite enough when at idle but has a little throaty sound to it before the wind noise takes over. m2cents

    FJR Seat- Got to go!

    Man, today is moving like a turtle!!!!! My seat is in Austin and schdeuled to be delivered to my house today. I have not rode my bike in about a week and a half. I may need to go take a motorcycle traning class to relearn how to ride.

    Well I ordered my seat last week and luckily I stumbled into the last opening left for the mail in 1 day service for my new Russell seat, (Otherwise mid April before I would get it). I tried a Corbin and no offense to anyone but it was like a rock. I liked the pocket but ughhh.... it was hard...

    Granger, Let me know how that corbin does. I have been riding here almost everyday but my back side is starting to hurt. I am looking for a gen 2 stock seat, if any one has one hit me up and i may buy it. Thanks

    Yea. I am thinking hard about the sargent seat. I think it's called the world seat or something like that. I Agree with Skooter. I don't need a 6th gear. Hmmm. I am 6'2 and 245lbs......the connie seemed to be a little bottom heavy to me. Maybe I never filled it up with all that gas. :)
