It is not correct.But he elaborated and said that in the state of Georgia, you can be legal with only $500.00 medical liability. That certainly does not sound right.

For more info, click here.The minimum limits of liability required under Georgia law are Bodily injury Liability of $25,000 per person, $50,000 per occurrence and Property Damage liability of $25,000 per occurrence.
