With the longer swing arm and higher curb weight of the 06 I imagine the rear shock spring rate will go up. Any reason to think it did.... or did not?

Sounds logical.
We could say for sure whenever Mama Yama updates her US website to include the 06 FJR in the parts and service section.

Spring rates should kick in around mid-April. They are usually higher..
