08 Metallic Windshield Screws.

You apparently don't have a Rifle w/s installed !! The plastic screw threads are slight wack of being the same pitch as the metal ones. Wish I could post pics, I even had to add nuts & bolts to the top of my Yama mask to keep the top corners down on the Rifle. I had whistling problems with the mask on both the stock Yama & Rifle w/s.

They don't break easily. Had my tall windshield up for a blast up to max speed and never a problem with the shield breaking the fastners. It is a good design if you ask me.

I had 2 stripped heads on my last windshield change. I tested the breakaway theory with a good lank...it worked!
