He's about halfway done with his Great Lakes 10/10th ride and has lost the face shield to his Shark Evoline Series 2 helmet. The helmet is a size small if that matters.

He is heading back to Sault Ste. Marie now to complete his LS1000 and then down to Toledo to setup the Lower Great Lakes SS. If anyone can meet him along the way or in Toledo with a spare it would really increase his chance of success.

Barry - looks like he's going to run I75 south, probably hit 23 to Toledo. You're alot closer than me, better chance of catching him between Saginaw and Flint.

The guy at sportbiketrackgear.com told me it was a discontinued helmet; but it shows on the Shark website.

The wife and I were in the car as I thought if or when we intercepted me might like a few minutes of AC comfort.. We ran as far as fenton and were actually falling behind .. Feking construction and sleepy drivers just wouldn't allow us to progress at at rate faster than his...

I wish I saw this earlier. I live on the east side of Toledo and can let him have a spare small helmet. I can also check with the local dealer tomorrow to see if they have a shield.
