Excellent! Good news - me n' the pretty one and Harley D. Dawg are ready to ride and party with the group! I'll be there (hopefully) around 14:00 Friday day.

If enough folks look hungry, Friday night I'll char a 4-day marinated Tri-Tip and offer it up. Maybe some beans if the bank account allows it. Then again, if folks just want to walk for dinner or ride into MB for Fish n' Chips, then that's good too. I just love playing the game of life by chance and see what happens!

Any which way, this is going to be a great time!

See some of you mananna.. and the rest Saturday PM.
looking forward to it Don, tell Shawna i will make an effort to not piss her off this time.......

Me and Fairlaner should be there between 2 and 3. Someone have the beer ready. Thanks. ;)
FairLaner - no worries mate. She now actually likes you, for some ungod like reason..

TWN - oh no mi amigo, much more than beer, it's 'pre Harley' food!

It's "Who the **** is that?" And it's Astro!

If you're offering up such a delicacy as 4-day marinated Tri-Tip, I'm sure there will be a kitty, filled by grateful diners, to extend the bank account towards beans etc.

Looking forward to this!

JB checking in here, home S&S from my trip down to the Clan Gathering in Moro Bay. Having had to be home today for my daughter's HS graduation this afternoon, I rode down Friday morning with a NorCal group, spent the night at the campground, and returned the next morning. Got home at 3:30 Saturday afternoon (yesterday) after pulling away from camp at 10:30 after all the riders had already departed on their day rides. ToeCutter had stayed behind to wait for his SO and was able to help me push my bike back out of the loose dirt.

No pictures from me since I did not bring my camera, but there were plenty of cameras, so look for photos later tonight in the Ride Reports section after clan members get home.

It was great hanging with old friends (not so old really, since I ain't been around the forum that long) and meeting new friends (putting faces to what Fang calls my "invisible friends" on the forum). I want to thank Highlander again for organizing this great event, and dCarver and his SO for the delicious steak and shrimp and comfortable fire-pit chairs, and Old Michael for Saturday morning donuts.

BTW, Don, I took Hwy 46 from Hwy 1 to 101. Really beautiful! And an amazing over-the-shoulder (I didn't pull over) view of Moro Bay!

Silent and MadMike2, you would have been proud of me: I practiced patience and cruised at 70 MPH the whole way home! I just have to get used to having SUVs passing me at 90 MPH.

And you know what the best thing about riding solo is? You can stop any time you feel like it. :p
