I had a great time. I really liked the campground, the location and the people that attended. Having coolers and ice was a real bonus.

I really like the camping meet idea in general. You get to ride fun roads, meet other riders, have fun, do some camping etc. It's like a rally without being expensive. Well done Wheattie!

I'd pick the same spot again. "If it ain't broke don't fix it"

It needs to be longer next time! I barely got to meet anyone and no one took my picture! :grrr:
I didn't take any pictures of you, but I found one by googling Pierre motorcycle.

Here ya go:

Didn't go but wanted to! voted anyway! :D
Good on ya for organizing this and wanting to do another! :clapping:

I may just have to take your advise and set up a camping meet in the mountains of Western Canuckistan!
I didn't vote... but agree with Jeff... we need to do one of these up here. Maybe a moving rally, different location every night? Hmmm.... <_<

OK, enough thread hijacking... we now return you to your regularly scheduled programming, already in progress.

There was a BMW guy camped next to us (not part of our event) that rubbed him the wrong way. Guy was a one upper, I do things better than you type. Kind of annoying. I just ignored him.

Again, great job setting this up Mark. I look forward to the next one wherever it is!

AGREED! blue BMW guy was definitely annoying. He camped across the gravel path from me. I thought that he might never shut up. On the plus side, I did see him run around trying to keep things dry for everyone once it started to rain.

Yes Wheaton, thank you!

My popular vote is in.

Funny, I bumped into BMW guy on the front porch of the camp office. Very talkative. He gave me his name as if he was someone I should recognize, but I don't remember it. Some kind of race car driving instructor. He talked about a lot of different things and seemed to know what he was talking about, but it didn't take long for me to find an excuse to go do something else.
