I am getting excited! I have never been to Taos before, But have been all around it! This is going to be a refreshing adventure for me. :clapping:

I was hoping you'd be able to make this trip. I'm excited to get out of this damn heat. I was in Kingman last weekend with my daughter looking at new cars. It was even hot there!

This will be a super nice ride. And it's really cool that our list of attendees continues to grow.

This looks to be stacking up to be a really nice turn out! We rode up to Taos this weekend and checked the hotel out. The pool was clean, the hot tub hot, and the Beer was cold, all good things. :clapping: Then rode the Enchanted Circle. Red River was full of Tejanos like always. Ate at Jebidiaias in Angle fire, not too good this time around. Anyway I will start posting some suggested riding routes soon to help the RIDE MASTERS plan their rides. Anybody want to see anything in particular in this area? Let me know and I'll work them in if possible. IT's going to be nice in mid September, looking forward to meeting you all. :yahoo: :yahoo: :yahoo:

For you folks that are riding solo to SW-FOG 2010: Do you have room in your cases to pack a blender? sin_loki, aka Daniel, has offered to make up his world famous salsa at SW-FOG in Taos, if we can bring him a blender (or blenders) to prepare his salsa with. What a nice treat to have fresh salsa with tortilla chips at our "Happy Hour" around the pool! sin_loki says he will make us two varieties: Variety Uno is HOT and Variety Dos is SO HOT, Daniel is afraid it just may kill off the Canadians!!! With packing Donna, no room for a blender on Lucy!

your right, there is a Walmart in Taos, they must have had to hire the mayors wife as manager to let them in. It's not a super size Walmart, but it is a Walmart. I spent some time in "FULA" CA. this summer and was surprised at the lack of Wally's there, at least they "some" things right there.
