Finished my lunch and thought OH YA! New model intro. No AE, no black wheels, yawn. Guess I'm happy that they didn't disco it. [yawn]

I'll be in the market for another FJR, perhaps next season, looks like new old stock for me!

What a major effin' disappointment. <_<
I have come to expect major disappointment with the new models. Haven't you been around a while?
Well, truth be told, I'm not really disappointed, but was speaking from the context of "Ooohhh....lookee....new stuff to get excited about! New color to get excited about!"

"Christmas morning and all you got was underwear" kind of disappointment.

So basically what I'm saying is the 2010 FJR is pretty much the equivalent of getting underwear for Christmas in the expectations department.

Perfect timing for Honda. The ho-hum Honda decides to be exciting finally, and the exciting Yamaha goes ho-hum this round. Great opportunity and timing for the new VFR, and maybe the ST.

This is just fine with me. This keeps the value of our rides up when a new one now cost $15,200.

Truth be told, I do miss the silver model.

My '03 has polished wheels installed by the previous owner, so now I have the latest look! Yay, me!

(Except for the black windshield 'W' and the smaller rotors and the turn signal stalks and the different fairing and the FZ-1 mirrors, and . . . . . But I have brighter turn signal indicators!)

I read on Total Motorcyles that the AE is discontinued for 2010. Is there official confirmation of that?

Wow!, $20,199 for that new FJR. Looks like I better take very good care of my old one.

Hmm If they were going to bring and older color back I would have liked the blue .. ..now to see if that Black 09 is still left at the dealer!

Woman's point of view ^^^^^ :lol2:

I think giving the missus a new frying pan for Christmas is a great idea.

MizzBustanut considers it a new weapon in the arsenal.

My complete speculation...

Last year for the FJR1300, period. They are reducing parts on hand.

There may be a new FJR type bike next year, but that's it for this model.
