Until you visit a dealer for "service". Anyone that buys a BMW deserves what they get. The simple fact that BMW refuses to offer factory extended warranties and Yamaha will sell you 4 years extended, over the original 12 months, unlimited mileage one, THEN sell you another 2 years extended when you get near the end of the 4 years should tell you all you need to know. I had 7 years of unlimited mileage warranty on my '12 Super Ten, sold it with 109k on it, still with warranty on the bike.Goodness, that's a bit harsh.
