Wheatie... in order for them to point & laugh @ me they will need to be in the tent camping area... the place they wish not to be in the first place. & what is it with you all of a sudden? You're allowed to joke with folks & I am not? WTH man! Are you offended or something? Did lil ol' me offend you?
Heidi,

I'm joking...I'm not offended. :D

BTW, I don't think they mind the tent camping area, they just don't wish to sleep there. :)

Cabin PUSSIES, all of them!

getting back on track...I will be camping, and I may have some new equipment.
Whatcha got Joe? You didn't pull a Bob and buy a portable Ritz did you?

Scott...I don't think that I could fit that thing on my bike...not without a trailer.

No, I was think something more like this...

Oooh, nice! I've always wondered about those...

Alright! 2 more sets of folks in the cabin crowd to share the ridicule and Joe's cot looks like he's one step away.

Sounds like I gotta jump off the fence and reserve a cabin before they're all gone! Can't wait for this.

No...it's either a tent/sleeping bag or a hotel bed for me.

And I can't wait either....been a long winter, need to ride.

Ain't that the truth.

This winter's been horrible. Roads around here took a real beating. Even after it warms I'm afraid some of my favorite roads will take a while to get back to good shape if at all this year.

Whadda ya mean? It isn't any bigger than the tent I was carrying. It actually may pack in a better size than the old one. The trailer is mainly for 2up camping, but I still use it alone, because it is so nice to be able to bring stuff!

I think it would be cheaper just to rent a cabin and get made fun of...That cot looks comfy, but pricey.
The sleeping mat that I have just ain't cuttin it Mark. Not sure if I'll buy it...I'd like to see one first.
I thought you had an air mattress?

I had an air mattress and still do, but I haven't used it in awhile. I bought one of those Coleman self-inflating pads from Wally World and used it on my trip last year so I wouldn't have to lug around the inflator for the air mattress...it actually worked surprisingly well. I've heard those cots are pretty comfortable and probably a cooler move in the warmer climates.

My goal for this year is to find a good dome tent I can stand up in. My Eureka Apex is really good, but I want to move to something a bit bigger...not as big or $$ as the Redverz though (unless I hit the lottery of course).

Move me off the fence and onto the for sure list! Made my reservation today for cabin #4 - a nice little abode backing up to the trout stream. Let the finger pointing and name calling begin, but I'm stoked as hell for this get-together!

Awesome Will. Just make sure you have good tires! Isn't that the same cabin you had last time? Oh, and you are officially off the fence in post #1.

I'll be pointing fingers at you for sure! My words to go with the finger will be something like, "Look at that sensible person. He will sleep in a bed protected by 4 solid walls. His cabin is on the creek and mine is in the back of this establishment." Them are some mean words for sure!

luckily it's a free country & I can choose other words... because for sure, they will be different. I'm thinking that it'll start like this... what f'in cabin pussies..........

Admit it, you are just jealous that spider in or cabins will have real bedding to snuggle into and your spiders will only have a sleeping bag!

Actually, the spiders will be outside the tent. If you already knew about TENT camping, you already know the bugs don't come in unless you leave your tent open. All TENT campers know that.

Jealous? uhhh, not really. ok... not at all. lol!

& I guess that I'll come clean... For the record... I really don't care that there are a couple/few men sleeping in cabins. To each his own, I guess... nor do I really intend to point & laugh at you.

I just find it kind of humorous that a woman who has had a hysterectomy has larger nuggets then some of the men. That's all. I'll laugh to myself. k?

(For those not in the know... nuggets = balls, testicles, nuts, nads, gonads, etc)

Unless there is another woman that intends to go TENT camping I won't laugh. If it turns out there is I will point & laugh at the CP's for sure.
