No, you misunderstood. The new 2014 comes with a free candy apple. The actual color will be a favorite from the Crayola Color Box. Burnt Sienna.

While making wild speculations, let's look at all the world colors and what Yamaha has provided to North America. I'm thinking that Yamaha is going to be wild and imaginative and offer the '14 in silver, blue or black. Heck, they may shoot the wad and make the '14 Dark Cherry.

My daughter's '73 Honda CB350 four came in candy apple red. My fav. color ever. But I'm waiting for the stereo. Now where they gonna stick the speakers?

I would be very skeptical of getting an FJR in that color. There was a thread a few weeks back and it linked to a Yamaha website that showed a root beer brown lookin color on the 2014. Might have been a Euro site. Can't remember. Anyway, Ionbeam has it about right on colors from Yamaha on the FJR.
