Since the Browns and Steelers are getting together on Sunday, I thought I'd show my good sportsmanship by wishing El Toro Joe early condolences.

It's like having a great franchise quarterback but management isn't smart enough to get him an offensive line to he doesn't get a lacerated kidney, fractured ribs etc.

I was just happy to see El Toro Joe make the team.
Why don't the Arizona Cardinals rename the team? I mean there hasn't been a living Cardinal in Arizona ever.

And THIS ladies and gentlemen is why Clevelanders are the most optimistic fans in football ever. If they can watch the Browns for the last 50 years and still cheer, they can overcome anything. It's incomprehensible but true.No...they just suck. Our house on Barberry Drive backed up to what is now the Browns practice faciliy, and my high school was across the street from Baldwin Wallace field where they practiced back when. I used to play in the back yard with Lou Groza and his kids John, Judd, Jill and Jeff. They used to take me out to Hiram College for training camp where I met people like Blanton Collier, Jim Brown and even Vince Lombardi.
